Since 2007 our biological bakery complements the Hofladen offer.
We work together with the "organic- vegetable farm Bastorf " - a biological farming business in the neighborhood. Therefore, we not only offer you in the restaurant, but also in our Hofladen biological fruit and vegetable: from the field directly to the shop – for ultimate freshness!!
